Installation

Step 1 — Download the player
Download the desktop player named in your welcome email from its official website.

Step 2 — Install it
Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3 — Open the application
Launch it from your Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac).

Step 4 — Add a new playlist
Choose the option to add a playlist or a new user.
Login & setup

Step 5 — Choose the login type
In the player, add a new user or playlist and pick the Xtream Codes (username & password) option.

Step 6 — Enter your details
Type the server address, username and password exactly as they appear in your welcome email.

Step 7 — Save and connect
Confirm to save. The channel list loads on its own — this usually takes under a minute.
Where do I find my login details?
Your login information was sent to the email address you used when placing your order or requesting your Free Trial.

- Wait for the channel list to load.
- Open the Live TV section.
- Double-click a channel to play it full screen.
Having Problems?
Channels are not loading
Check your internet connection, confirm your username and password, close and reopen the app, restart your router, then try again.
Login doesn't work
Enter the details exactly as they appear in your welcome email. Watch for extra spaces at the start or end — copying and pasting straight from the email is safest.
Video is buffering
Test your internet speed, restart your router, use a wired connection when possible, then restart the app or device.
The app cannot connect
Double-check the server / portal address from your welcome email, restart the app, and contact our support team if it still fails.
Windows shows a security warning during install
That's a standard warning for downloaded software. Only install from the official website linked in your welcome email.
