How to Install IPTV Tier on Other Smart TVs

Installation

Step 1 — Open your TV's app store
Press Home on your remote and open the app store built into your TV.

Search for the player named in your welcome email. If it isn't listed, message support with your TV brand and model.

Select the app and install it.

Launch the app from your TV's home screen.
Login & setup

Step 5 — Choose the login type
In the player, add a new user or playlist and pick the Xtream Codes (username & password) option.

Step 6 — Enter your details
Type the server address, username and password exactly as they appear in your welcome email.

Confirm to save. The channel list loads on its own — this usually takes under a minute.

- Wait for the playlist to load.
- Open Live TV from the menu.
- Choose a channel to start watching.
Having Problems?
Channels are not loading
Check your internet connection, confirm your username and password, close and reopen the app, restart your router, then try again.
Login doesn't work
Enter the details exactly as they appear in your welcome email. Watch for extra spaces at the start or end — copying and pasting straight from the email is safest.
Video is buffering
Test your internet speed, restart your router, use a wired connection when possible, then restart the app or device.
The app cannot connect
Double-check the server / portal address from your welcome email, restart the app, and contact our support team if it still fails.
My TV has no compatible player
A small streaming device such as a Firestick or Android box plugged into your TV's HDMI port is the easiest fix. Ask support before buying anything.
