DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 2026

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our website to do the same. This policy explains how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA"), the EU Copyright Directive, and other applicable copyright laws around the world. Valid complaints will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

1. Our position on copyright

We comply with all applicable copyright laws and regulations. We do not host, store, transmit, or upload any copyrighted content on our servers, and we do not condone the unauthorised distribution of copyrighted materials. We require all users and partners to respect the intellectual property rights of third parties.

2. Designated agent

Notices of alleged copyright infringement should be sent to our designated copyright agent:

Email: dmca@iptvtier.com
Subject line: "DMCA Notice"

3. How to submit a copyright infringement notice

To submit a valid copyright complaint, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following information. Incomplete notices may delay our ability to respond.

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list).
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the exact URL) to allow us to locate it.
  • Your full contact information, including legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

4. How we respond to valid notices

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will:

  • Review the notice and assess the claim in good faith.
  • Where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice.
  • Forward the notice to the relevant upstream provider or hosting partner if the material is not under our direct control.
  • Take additional measures against repeat infringers, including suspension or termination of accounts.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

6. Processing a counter-notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the affected user within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material in our sole discretion and in line with applicable law.

7. False claims

Under applicable law, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a copyright infringement notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We encourage you to consult independent legal counsel before submitting a notice or counter-notification.

8. Repeat infringer policy

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also take additional measures, including reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Modifications to this policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our internal procedures. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision took effect.
