Installation

Step 1 — Open the Roku Channel Store
Press Home on your Roku remote and open Streaming Channels.

Step 2 — Search for the player
Search for the channel named by our support team.

Step 3 — Add the channel
Select Add Channel and wait for it to install.

Step 4 — Open the channel
Return to your home screen and open the newly added channel.
Login & setup

Step 5 — Choose the login type
In the player, add a new user or playlist and pick the Xtream Codes (username & password) option.

Step 6 — Enter your details
Type the server address, username and password exactly as they appear in your welcome email.

Step 7 — Save and connect
Confirm to save. The channel list loads on its own — this usually takes under a minute.
Where do I find my login details?
Your login information was sent to the email address you used when placing your order or requesting your Free Trial.

- Wait for the playlist to load.
- Open the Live TV list.
- Select a channel to start watching.
Having Problems?
Channels are not loading
Check your internet connection, confirm your username and password, close and reopen the app, restart your router, then try again.
Login doesn't work
Enter the details exactly as they appear in your welcome email. Watch for extra spaces at the start or end — copying and pasting straight from the email is safest.
Video is buffering
Test your internet speed, restart your router, use a wired connection when possible, then restart the app or device.
The app cannot connect
Double-check the server / portal address from your welcome email, restart the app, and contact our support team if it still fails.
I can't find a suitable Roku channel
